Google’s AJAX Toolkit
Categories: Other
It always amazes me how Google comes up with simple solutions to complex problem again and again. This time they have delivered a free toolkit which allows Java developers to create AJAX applications. Rather than providing XML, Javascript, JSP and all the server based jargon stuff development framework, I like this idea very much. In a nutshell, its sweet and simple. All you need to do is create as if developing a Java application and then the tools in the toolkit will help convert the Java application to AJAX.

It has quite a number of layout options similar to Java including BorderLayout. It would be cool if they could add support for MDI frames similar to JInternalFrames in Java.
